Summary: Again 1 day with no housekeeping just the same as last visit. The bathtub was cracked and looked like blood stains. It was pretty gross. The day with no housekeeping was after i spoke to the front desk and the housekeeper bit nothing was done.

Summary: Room was very dusty, ac didn’t work right (off and 64*) sink cracked and shower made crazy noises when neighbor used his shower. Extra unknown fees at checkin I didn’t know about until check out when on bill, including valet fee and i didn’t even have a car!!

Summary: Poor customer service. Bathtub was dirty upon arrival. Maid service was not available despite calling multiple times and being promised service. We were there 6 days. Ran out of towels, cups, and water by day 2. We couldn’t shower for a couple of days because towels were not brought until day 5. Food in hotel was astronomically priced and just barely edible. Sad to say only thing reasonably priced was Chick Filet and it’s just mediocre. Also, we were supposed to have a refrigerator in our room. There was not one. However, I know they were available because I spoke to other Golden Nugget guests who had them. Also, the pool and hot tub closed incredibly early. Who wants to get in a hot tub in the dessert in the middle of the day. Unfortunately it closed by 7 pm almost every day. Golden Nugget has always been our hotel of choice while in Las Vegas- it is no longer! Additionally, my granddaughter was getting married during this trip and we had many friends and family staying at The Golden Nugget upon our recommendation- no one was happy with this facility.! We were extremely embarrassed and disappointed.

Summary: No hot water in the shower Sunday or Monday. Shower handle was broken off. Room smelled as we entered from the AC. Staff was nice and accommodating. Long walk to room and to Fremont. Parking was also a mission. No fridge or microwave in the room either.

Summary: Our VIP check in was so prompt and efficient, we couldn’t believe how fast it was completed. The hotel/casino offers all the amenities you could want and it’s location is ideal.

Summary: Room 10226 was comfortable and very quiet. Issues to be addressed: room lock, deadbolt didn’t lock. Shower tub very high and awkward stepping into tub. Need grab bars and tub floor slippery with soap. Needs slip prevention material. Water pressure and temperature very good.

Summary: We stayed in the carson tower and the room just has a cringe feeling. I would advise to stay in the rush tower. The carson tower rooms need to renovated badly. Other than the room the golden nugget was nice.
